Please excuse my Absence of late (kaila). Today happily I Can say I now have my children at home with me for christmas. Alexis is doing amazingly well and got the OK yesterday to come home. She will need monthly level Checks and Monthly Physio and OT in Mackay. Proserpine hospital have been taught to Canulate and get her on her glucose drip to be transferred to mackay base in the event she becomes unwell. Its now a case of Tracking her Development so we can get a rough idea on how severe her Cerebral palsy will be and how mentally impaired she is. Drs are extremely happy at how im managing with her which is a bonus :) Tyson has an Appointment with neurosurgeons in January at LCCH and then again with Oncology in March. Metabolics will touch base with Alexis then as well. I cant thank everyone enough for the support, donations and monies raised to date to help my Children the support Nationally is Amazing as well from the local community. Xx Kaila xx
