Please friends listen..... I am fighting for my home. I have a fixed 6.75 interest rate. Interest is down to 2.63 with some. It has been down. I was working part time, made good money so I did not bat an eye. Had I known I would of got acutely ill November 2012, I surely would have looked into refinancing, etc. Now mind you my mortgage company could do forbearance which would put my behind payments to the end as well as refinance but they want to fight. And the court ordered mediation because I owe so little and my house has value so mortgage is stuck with an attempt to cooperate. Do not let yourselves be bullied by people who want to make a buck off your dime!
