Please give your feeback supporting Telangana requirements. Remember this is very very important. (cspd.wordpress/2013/10/16/46/) This is my Feedback to GOM for Telangana statehood: Hable Ministers, Salute. Telangana statehood is for the betterment of the lives of poor dalits, minority sections in the new state. It is after 1000+ lives sacrifice Telangana is a reality. No one from seemandhra state has a right to hurt the sentiments and self respect of people in this new state by indulging in activities against the sentiments of Telangana after the apex body CWC decision. Yes my feedback is biased towards Telangana because its needed to be so after 1000+ lives lost, on behalf of the oppressed and minority classes I confide. (i) Determine the boundaries of the new State of Telangana and the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh with reference to the electoral constituencies, judicial and statutory boHable Ministers,Salute.Telangana statehood is for the betterment of the lives of poor dalits, minority sections in the new state. (i) Determine the boundaries of the new State of Telangana and the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh with reference to the electoral constituencies, judicial and statutory bodies, and other administrative units;Request you to consider existing 10 districts of Telangana region as per existing boundaries as continued boundaries of Telangana region with Hyderabad as capital city. The name of the new state could be state of Hyderabad or TelanganaPradesh or HyderabadState or HyderabadPradesh. (ii) look into the legal and administrative measures required to ensure that both the State Governments can function efficiently from Hyderabad as the common capital for 10 years;From administration point of view, the overall responsibility of existing boundaries of HMDA of Hyderabad be under full control of Telangana state government. Governor /Center can appoint a watch dog, to make sure interests of anybody, including Seemandhra people who are not native as per nativity rules be protected in Hyderabad as per constitution of India. But, same rule also be applicable to entire Telangana region, as Seemandhra people are across Telangana, not just Hyderabad. Make sure it has to be only for 10 years meanwhile any issue rising out in this common capital because of Seemandhra tactics would be taken seriously as per constitution of India and proceed for the reduction of the period further down to the extent possible.(iii) take into account the legal, financial and administrative measures that may be required for transition to a new capital of the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh;Seemandhra people have already looted big chunks of wealth from Telangana, the central government has to offer special package to the new state of Telangana for improving infrastructure, education and welfare programs specially for sc/st people who constitute around 80% in this state.Regarding sharing of water, and other resources, please consider the losses that happened to Telangana state so far, before the split of states. Please make sure the CWC makes justice while allocation water bodies to both the states taking special consideration for the losses of Telangana so far.Power generation infrastructure and plants have to be set up in Telangana so that there is no dependency much on neighboring states. Please provide some plans to promote non conventional energy like Wind power, Solar power across Telangana, in addition to Hydro Electric and Thermal power. Please allocate sufficient money to revive the electricity situation in Telangana.Also setting up a nuclear power plant in the Telangana state would solve many problems arising out of water.(iv) look into the special needs of the backward regions and districts of both the States and recommend measures;Dalits are a major portion constituted in Telangana. They have to be given all rights and special privileges to represent in political, economical and welfare departments of the new state. As per Dr. BabaSaheb the focus on weakest sections of India would automatically focus on the Indias development.Dalits have to be peoples representatives for expressing the problems faced by the section of people and developing the welfare and socio-economic frontiers on behalf of dalits.Regarding employment scenario, please consider existing GOs, which have identified employees who have to be deputed back to their native places. That is applicable for both Telangana region and residual Andhra Pradesh region. I feel that allows new vacancies that will make employment for new people.(v) look into the issues relating to law and order, safety and security of all residents and to ensure peace and harmony in all regions and districts consequent to the formation of the State of Telangana and the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh, and the long term internal security implications arising out of the creation of the two States and making suitable recommendations;Ensure safety and security of Telangana people living in Seemandhra region and vice versa unless any provocative actions are done by the respective settler groups.(vi) look into the sharing of the river water, irrigation resources and other natural resources (especially coal, water, oil and gas) between the two States and also inter-se with other States, including the declaration of Polavaram Irrigation Project as a National Project;CWC (Central Water Commission), and respective departments have to take care of the distribution considering the losses beared by Telangana so far.(vii) look into the issues related to power generation, transmission and distribution between the two States;Standard laws followed else where in India as per constitution.(viii) look into the issues arising on account of distribution of assets, public finance, public corporations and liabilities thereof between the two States;Special package to Telangana for setting up military rifles for Telangana people to serve the nation, central schools, central universities, new airports, etc for developing backward districts of Telangana. Same for Seemandhra.(ix) look into the issues relating to the distribution of the employees in the subordinate as well as All India Services between the two States;All the beaurocracy have to be same as any other state in India as per the constitution of India.(x) look into the issues arising out of the Presidential Order issued under Article 371D of the Constitution Consequent to the bifurcation; andPresidential rule is needed if there is any disturbance created by Seemandhra people in Hyderabad to any sensitive regions of Telangana. No one shall hurt the self respect and identity of Telangana people and their culture since the CWC decision of bifurcation.(xi) examine any other matter that may arise on account of the bifurcation of the State of Andhra Pradesh and make suitable recommendations.For Telangana: Forest, cultural, socio-economic councils are to be set up.
