Please help. My father lives in apartments and his neighbors were evicted. The other night They asked him to watch the dogs and said they would be back in morning to get them. They have not come back and we dont have names of the people or contact information. My father nor I can keep them. Can a rescue step in and help. The black one is female about 2 and the gold one is between 7 months to a year and a male according to another neighbor. They are skittish and not likely fixed. They ARE safe tonight I just need some options in the morning. Thank you.
