Please help. There are thousands of us missing owners, all with the same but different stories. I only know Ragsies story in detail. It is 3 years today since Ragsie ran across the field, through the gap in the hedge, as she had so many times in her seven years with me, and vanished. I think and hope someone picked her up, thinking she was a stray or dumped, but I dont KNOW. Of her frineds - she had five more in her family - two died early with stress-induced immune system failures preventing them from overcoming minor infections, and another has been desperately ill for two weeks with a similar problem. They need to know what happened. So do I; I have lost my health too, with the rollercoaster of hope, despair, depression, hope, failure, guilt, hope. Rags is chipped - to give me peace of mind if she ever went missing. If they go missing, you learn the problems with chips - not enough people scan - often they give up because us owners forget to update details.
