Please help me spread the awareness of this genetic disorder. It took them 5 years to figure out this is what I have. The damage has already started for me and it is not reversible once the damage is done. With early detection, the damage can be avoided. We need more awareness in North America for this potiental killer. Please keep in mind, if you are related to me, you are probably a carrier and/or could have Hemochromatosis yourself. I beg you have your dr check your iron & ferritin levels, even if you are told your amenic.
