Please help us spread the word about how important S. 2746 is to families like ours.. for the babies who havent been taken by SIDS yet too. How can we ever hope to stop SIDS if we cannot autopsy babies correctly and find reported cases to study? Please share with your local news stations, your senators, and even help us spread the word to celebs like The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Please help! October is also SIDS Awareness Month and right now you have a wonderful opportunity to support the forever grieving families of babies who have died from SIDS. A good portion of babies and children who die from SIDS where there has never been an identified medical explaination for their death! That is not acceptable! S.2746 the Unexpected Death Data Enhancement and Awareness Act which took years to pass through the House of Representatives, is now sitting on the desks of the Senate Health Committee. If it doesnt get approved by the Health Committee and taken to the Senate Floor in NOVEMBER for a vote, it will get buried behind other bills that are considered to have a greater political prioritiy. WE NEED ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS TO CALL THEIR SENATORS AND DEMAND THAT THEY CO-SPONSER S.2746 AND PUSH FOR IT TO GET TAKEN TO THE SENATE FLOOR FOR A VOTE NEXT MONTH! This bill has no cost, has bipartisan support, and passed through the House without need for debate. WITHOUT YOUR HELP, WE WILL LIKELY HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN NEXT YEAR!
