Please join us on Thursday, July 31 to celebrate the grand re-opening of the Byron Lunchbox in Byron (404 W Blackhawk Drive). The restaurant is owned by Adam Dresser and under new management by Kate Anderson. Both grew up and live in the Byron, Stillman Valley area. Adam takes pride in the fact that the food is locally purchased and prepared in house. The pastrami, pork, chicken and bacon are all smoked in Adams newly purchased smoker. The pizza dough and pasta noodles are both handmade daily. Their BBQ sauce and pasta sauces are all made from fresh ingredients. Cheese comes from the Decatur Dairy in Broadhead, Wisconsin and the meat is from Eickmans located in Seward, llinois. Only fresh fruit is used in the new Smoothies. The menu includes their Award Winning BBQ pork sandwich, the ever popular Rachel and that enormous Turkey club. Try something new. A few of the new food items include a Pork Tenderloin sandwich, 4 specialty pizzas and 2 pasta dishes. Most meals are under $10.00 and kids eat free on Tuesday nights from the new kids menu!!!!! The Ribbon Cutting will take place at 11:30 a.m. and then stay for lunch! They will have Grand Re-Opening Specials that day too!!!!!
