Please join us this Sunday at 9:30 to hear our parishioner Captain Scott Rye speak about our sister parish St. Georges in Baghdad and the current situation in Iraq as it affects St. Georges. Scott is a decorated Naval officer who served a tour of duty in Iraq. While he was there, he worshiped at St. Georges and even became active in their parish leadership. Scott is a board member of The Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East (FRRME), whose primary duty is to raise funds to support the ministry of St. Georges. Scott will soon be traveling to Europe and the Middle East representing the board to help provide support for St. Georges and its vicar, Canon Andrew White. We are thankful that he is willing to speak with us on such short notice and let us know how Trinity may help St. Georges in their time of need.
