****Please keep in mind**** I have two children 6 months and 2 1/2. I am a mother and wife first, and then a business owner. Shipping is backed up but I am trying my hardest to get it going as normal again. We have moved, had a long weekend, TWO huge sales and have just found a daycare that our oldest loves and will be going to starting Monday that will free up some time. It is then that I will have much more time to devote to Hatchlings. We will have most of our packages leave Monday and a few Tuesday. We are trying out a new shipping program that we will also be implementing on our website to ensure that proper shipping is charged and that it can get to you quickly. I do not have a vehicle at the moment that i can hop into with my kids and quickly drop off packages, or go into a store and grab supplies. I have to wait until my husband comes home and take one of my children and walk, cab, or take a bus there. I have done this in snow while 8 months pregnant, rain, heat, and frankly its not fun but its a part of what I need to do to get supplies and your packages out. This is the first time we have been backed up so PLEASE bear with me and try to be patient as I am only one person who is trying my best to get back to regular shipping times, and to serve you better. Im sorry, and im sure things will be back to normal within a couple days. Thank you
