Please, please, pleas sign. I know I have posted a few of these of late but this is important. Romanian government decided to allow euthansia of dogs with 14 days. Also due to a media storm on the danger of stray dogs caused by the Rom gov (a smoke screen because of the rubbish they are gettin over a gold mine) ordinary citizens on the street are butchering of dogs (both strays and owned dogs) everyday in nasty barbaric ways. The money we give in taxes into the EU that should have been used to control dogs via spay and neuter programmes has been used by corrupt majors/gov. We need the EU to step in to investigate this vile country, remember some of these Romania citizens will be coming to the UK - god help our dogs :(
