Please please please - will ALL drivers try to understand horses have the right of way on all roads, they are flight animals and in a split second travel many feet in any direction from anything that you will NOT have seen. This is there nature, and their gift and their curse. We all have to share this planet. Please be respectful, pass VERY slowly and wide as possible and RESPOND to the rider or handlers requests because they do know best, dont think you can get passed quickly, because believe me if it goes wrong - YOU CANT. I am sure you would not want to be the cause of an accident, or get hurt, perhaps not make it to your destination , be late or never turn up again. THINK HORSE - please.
