Please pray for the Doug Rather family as I conduct his funeral today at Hot Springs. Doug and his wife of 49 years have been life-long friends and members of our family. Shirley is my sister-in-laws sister and we would appreciate your prayers.For more than 30 years, Doug utilized his great love and concern for others as a social worker for the Veterans Administration, where he retired as Chief of Social Work. He loved music, sports, history, nature and the outdoors - especially when shared with his family.
