Please see below Janes excellent letter to the Scunthorpe Telegraph regarding the Law Commissions current proposals. These include, inter alia, repeal of the Treason Act 1945 and the replacement of Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights. This is to clear the way for even further treason against us and the wanton and complete destruction of our country: Dear Viewpoint, As the clamour grows to leave the EU and it’s disastrous policies, the Europhile Common Purpose 5th columnists in our parliamentary bodies are ramping up their destruction of our Common Law protections, and the restrictions designed to stop tyranny by our political class. In short they are having a bonfire of the legislations, claiming some are old and out of date, when the complete reverse is true. The Law Commission are putting forward replacements for our Bill of Rights 1688/9 and Magna Carta, and repeals of Acts of parliament and Laws under which the courts can prosecute those who work against the country, Her Majesty and ultimately the indigenous people of England and Britain. Tony Blair repealed the 1795 Treason Act under cover of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 under which he could have been prosecuted for treason, and the Law Commission is at present considering repealing the 1945 Treason Act, so that the statute of limitations for prosecution is reduced again to just three years as in the 1695 Treason Act. All these things remove the protections surrounding Her Majesty, Her people, and the English Constitution, which represents a government acting beyond their authority, abusing the power they hold in trust for the electorate, and if it is not stopped will result in elected dictatorship and tyranny instead of democracy.
