me and my husband did tried the four minute workout-it will kick your ass and you will feel it too! its 1 minute each of these exercises-1 minute of updowns, which they called burpees-then 1 min of pushups-/omg-then onto 1 minute of squats, and finally 1 minute of mountain climbers, where you alternate knees to chest-wow--we could barely do it-we are out of shape, but that is going to change!!!!! if this works, i will cancel my gym membership-holy cow!
