We are writing to ask for help to ensure that 2015 does not require even more programs cuts to our schools! The governor will deliver his State of the State in just a few weeks and we must have our school aid restored to prevent more program cuts! Time is short, and we need your help now! You can help by emailing the governor, legislators, and state education officials asking for the restoration of the $3.8 million taken from our school aid to address the state’s budget deficit – the so-called Gap Elimination Adjustment (GEA). You may send this email even if you have already signed a paper version at one of our school events. It takes less than five minutes and three clicks of a mouse.
