Public Comment Deadline of November 28, 2014 Those wanting to add their voices need to address substantive issues in (and NOT in ) the Environmental Assessment. The Forest Service is not interested in anything else. Put the name of the project in heading: PACIFIC NORTHWEST ELECTRONIC WARFARE RANGE. To be part of the process, it is extremely important that you do this NOW to have standing which means that you will be able to comment LATER if/when there are appeals concerning the decision.
