Pls HELP!!! Help my friend and her doggies to find Justice!!! Anyone know any media or any government dept can help Pls!!! Story from my friend as below: neighbor left his big dogs unleashed and they bit nel nel (dog)to death at my door and now siu 9 (dog)is in ICU. called the police but they didnt seem to be much help. SUNDAY - we called the police when we were in the clinic in mongkok so the kln police came to record the case, but then he said the incident had happened in taipo so he would pass the case to to the nt police. nt police never called us. MONDAY - people from ascd came to me and asked what happened again. so i told them and showed them the house where the crazy dogs were. the helper called the dog owner but of course he wouldnt come home. TUESDAY - went to taipo police station this morning and they said we should go to mongkok police station and so we did but then we were told that it shouldnt be anything to do with the police and that we needed to contact ascd! ascd said the dog owner never called them back after their visit yesterday. so the latest thing i did till this time today was to write to district council and see if they could tell me exactly which dept(s) we need to speak to so the dogs and the owner will get the punlishments they deserve...!!
