Pls share! Anyone out there from PLDT who can help me address these problems: 3 months of laging busy na 172 at 173, being transferred endlessly, promised na naka URGENT na ang request ko, papupuntahan na, being sold new products, insensitive operators, mabagsakan ng telepono when i asked to talk to his supervisor, etc etc... Eto na po ang huli kong request: I want to end my relationship w PLDT for both my landline and DSL dahil PLDT did NOT care about my concerns at ma- rebate ang mga panahong nagbayad ako pero walang nakuhang serbisyo. Pls forward till it reaches people in PLDT who will make this a sweet ending!
