Pnoy now being crucified for his ignorance. If I am to choose between an ignorant and a wholesale corrupt president, I will choose the former. Pnoy ignorantly implemented the unconstitutional DAP in his zeal to bring about faster development, or as they say, trickle down effect of economic progress. Problem is, Filipinos want everything to be constitutional, even if constitutional means fattening the purses of greedy politicos who easily circumvent laws to get their hands on the pie. Question is, did he pocket the money for himself? If he did not, and if he just honestly or ignorantly gave away the money to spur economic development, then what is there to crucify him for? Even the World Bank congratulates him for a job well done. The only thing that I do not condone is Pnoys bullheadedness in trying to justify an honest (or ignorant) mistake. He should just have said mea culpa and tapos na ang boksing. If one of these days it is proven that he gained personally (pocket some dough) out of this DAP, I will surely go back to the streets and join the people in crying for his crucifixion. Meanwhile, I will wait and see. I wouldnt want to replace him with our version of a black president. Not yet anyway. Hehe.
