Poached Salmon (1 serving) 1 (4 oz.) salmon steak 2 peppercorns 1 bay leaf 1 slice of onion 1 sprigs of dill 1 slices of lemon 1/4 cup of water 1 celery stalks, sliced pinch of salt 1 lemon wedges Preparation: Place salmon in skillet. Add water, peppercorns, bay leaf, celery, and onion. Place dill, lemon and salt on top of salmon. Cover and simmer until fish is done, approximately 12 minutes after water reaches a simmer. (Do NOT boil).
