Poem: Man on Fire Written by: MAC3 Inspires by: Hunger Games Looking in the mirror I see a boy being a man, Fear grows into the crowd of his district fans, I was the man on fire! Aiming to survive ever higher. Protecting my family and my people, Allow me to be defend us and become crippled. The capital is the one to blame for the pain each year, Giving us grief, shame, and bloody tears. Give me your help to continue... Believe in my skills, Have faith of what you taught me! I do this for no one but for myself! I want to volunteer as tribute. No boy, no teen, no elder must die anymore, I will be the strength we need to endure. My body will take all the arrows, My brain will take the poison My soul will burn in fire! I will not die, For my love of this world we call home, I fight for and I will battle in this dome. Allow this to be the last time we must struggle, Finally I will bring it all down with one rumble! Blood will in my hand but for a cost! Better yours then mine because I have so much that can not become lost! This is my final words! I want this! I am the Man on Fire!
