Police Officer III Kathleen Talbot was involved in a vehicle crash while off duty on Thursday July 24, 2014, however she was on her way to work at the time of the crash. It is with deep regret that we report that on Saturday July, 26, 2014 she succumbed to her injuries from that crash. It is with heavy hearts and tears in our eyes that we share the sad news that one of #LAPD Rampart Divisions finest has passed away. Police Officer III, K.
