Police-Public friendly cricket tournament inaugurated Excelsior Sports Correspondent DODA, Dec 11: To strengthen friendship between public and police force, a Police-Public friendly cricket tournament was inaugurated by Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, Imam Din at Sports Stadium Government Higher Secondary School Ghat, here today. The Cricket tournament is being organized by District Police Doda, under Civic Action Program 2014-15. The first match was played here today between Firdous Eleven Doda and Trown Cricket Club in which Trown Cricket club registered win by 6 wickets. Large number of people especially youth gathered at the stadium to watch the cricket match. Senior Superintendent of Police Doda, Mohd Sharief Chouhan, Chief Education Officer Doda, Ayaz Mughal, DSP Headquarter Doda, M. A. Sheikh were prominent among others present on the occasion.
