Police Scotland can confirm that a 20-year-old man has died following a serious road traffic collision which occurred on Balgownie Road, Aberdeen. The collision, which involved a motorbike and a Ford Transit van occurred at approximately 5.55am today (Monday 27 January). Balgownie Road, which was previously closed between Braehead Way and Bodachara Road, has now re-opened. Anybody who witnessed the collision or has any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
