Who (if anyone) has the exclusive right to decide what is done with your body, mind, time and effort? Theres a word that means has the exclusive right to decide what is done with. That word is owns. And theres another word that means your body, mind, time and effort. That word is you. So the short version of the question is, who owns you? Ergo, if you do not believe in self-ownership, then you necessarily believe that someone else (individual or collective) has the right to decide what your body, mind, time and effort will be used for. And that makes you their slave.
