Police are investigating the death of a man, and the wounding of two other men, in Liverpool tonight. About 9.30pm (Monday 29 September 2014) two men presented at Liverpool Hospital suffering stab wounds. One of the men died as a result of his injuries, the other man remains in a critical but stable condition. Moments later, a third man presented at Liverpool Hospital suffering stab wounds. He remains in a critical but stable condition. Detectives from Liverpool Local Area Command, together with detectives from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad, are investigating the circumstances and would encourage anyone with information to come forward.
