Police close Kisekka Market Police have sealed off Kisekka Market and closed the usually busy place following a demonstration over Erias Lukwago’s impeachment. Police led by Kampala Metropolitan operations chief, Daniel Omala, said they closed the market because a group throwing stones at police was hiding there. “This place is becoming a planning centre for the wrong people.
