Police have arrested and charged a 24-year-old woman, who they said threatened to create another Blooming Grove incident in Dauphin County. Samantha Jo Woodhouse, of Tower City, Pa., faces seven charges, including aggravated assault, false alarm to agency of public safety, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault, resist arrest, harassment — communication lewd, threatening, etc. language and disorderly conduct obscene language or gesture, according to online court records. Troopers responded about 4:20 p.m. Monday to a residence in the 100 block of Stahls Drive in Rush Township after Woodhouse made 16 phone calls to Dauphin County 911 and the Pennsylvania State Police Lykens Station, according to a Tuesday news release from state police in Lykens. Woodhouse threatened to kill responding troopers during the placed phone calls and create an incident similar to the shooting death of a state police trooper that occurred at state police barracks in Pike County in September, police said.
