Police in Bushenyi district has arrested the Drivers that caused two accidents in Bushenyi over the weekend. The Bushenyi district OC traffic, Wilfred Byamugisha said both accidents claimed lives of two people on Saturday. Byamugisha identified the driver of the trailer that killed Geoffrey Tumusiime Kawempe as Adam Ssekyanzi, 26 a resident of Kasese district. He also said they have arrested Gilbert Muzampika a Rwandese national, the driver of the Fuso tanker that killed Nathan Mbarebire in Kizinda Trading center. Byamugisha said that they are waiting for the guidance of Director of Public Prosecution, DPP before they are taken to court. Byamugisha said both accidents were as a result of reckless driving and over speeding. He called upon road users to always respect road signs and know that the road is used by everyone.
