Policing, judiciary, health and education should be available universally to all of its citizens without any prejudice in an universal similarity of quality. Failing to ensure this availability marks the beginning of end of equality which results in exploitation of the citizens. Education was the first one to become unavailable equally followed by health access! remaining is judiciary and policing and if it was to follow the trend OMG shuddering thought! God deliver us from that!
