While here we have standards for return or exchange, 1. Wrong items or damaged items When you receive any wrong item (e.g. wrong color, size or design) or the damaged item, please take a photo and send us with a short description by email. Our email: sales@c2345 2. Items with bad quality We can help you to refund or exchange the item. But the items must keep new (not used) and have original label. You have to pay for the international shipping fee by your own. If item accord to exchange standard, C2345 can pay for the domestic shipping fee. We will reserve the right for this service. The procedure If you have received any wrong or damaged items, please contact us within 3 working days. Exceed this time limit, we will reject the complaint. Step 1: Make your application via customer service email Step 2: you will hear the conclusion via email if the item is exchangeable or returnable. Step 3: Then we will wait your reply to confirm the solution. Note: Please aware the return period. International shipping takes long time, we will let you know if there is any further information.
