Poll: Over 10,000 vehicles a day traverse the intersection of State Hwy 26 and United States Hwy 195. The two bridges are owned and operated by WSDOT which make up the intersection date from 1938. They are functionally obsolete. The west side sidewalk on the 26 spur bridge is closed because of the condition of the sidewalk. The sidewalk is held up by two stacks of railroad ties. The City is beginning to lobby state and federal agencies to fund the modernization of this intersection including bridge replacement. Please help strengthen the chance of this project being funded by clicking like on this post. Thank you.
