Poor Customer Service: I just left an Open House in my neighborhood hosted by Villere Realty and Im not impressed! I walked in and a middle aged Caucasian man was seated on the kitchen counter engaged in conversation with a younger Caucasian woman so I spoke, asked if was it ok to tour and he said sure. I gave myself the complete tour, walking in and out of each of the bedrooms, closets, and baths. I even went out into the back yard. Upon re-entering the home I stop and stood in the kitchen, where he was still seated speaking to the same young woman. I opened cabinet doors, picked up and read the comp sheet and finally headed back toward the front door. At NO time did he ask me to sign in, my name, or say more than the one word sure he had already spoken to me. I walked out amazed. Are you in the business to sell homes? The key to excellent customer service is to value each person because they may be a customer, if not today one day. Im confident that after today I will never be a customer of Villere Realty .
