Poppo’s Taqueria is at the Bradenton Farmer’s Market every Saturday from 9am - 2PM. (While supplies last) Every week the dishes vary according to our whims. The menu for this week, January 24th, is: Breakfast Tacos - flank steak, eggs, arugula, Pico de Gallo, cheddar cheese, and Salsa Verde Pork Belly Tostadas - fresh corn chip topped with locally grown, yellow tomato, roasted pork belly, and a cilantro lime pesto. Featuring Chef Michael Olsons pork belly recipe. Elote - corn, ancho chili sauce, feta cheese, cilantro, and lime juice And there’s always the possibility of something else.
