Population increased by 1 Billion in the last decade. Something has to give soon. With all this being "fueled" by the "oil age" (notice before 1910 the world population was only 1 billion consistently) - Consider how that resource along with other fossil fuels that started this will go on to end, and what will happen to costs of shipping food around the planet for those extra mouths to feed. Things are going to get a lot more expensive because of this as natural resources decline - The future and global economic outlook is not looking good despite the rubbish politicians keep feeding us about 0.5 percent growth being "good".
