Pork Ribs baked in Goan Recheado Masala: These succulent babies were the show stopper of the night..My husband, Isle is an absolute sucker for goan food, everything that involves red meats & seafood! Veggies ,,,No thank-You! He says he can eat these 365 days in a year!! well iam flattered...But no! i dont think i can honor that request. This is a very simple preparation but the most important is the type of meat & the Marination..if u get these 2 things right; youll end up with juicy & spicy Pork ribs .. Just wash & completely dry the ribs with paper towel, season with salt & pepper ..add a dash of Palm Vinegar & 5 tablespoonfuls of Reacheado Masala for a kilo of ribs. Let these marinade for atleast 5 hours. Bake in a preheated oven @250 deg c for about an hour .
