Looking to enhance operations in our Plano, TX office, we want to hire the right individual who will analyze and document current and proposed business processes, as well as coordinate regional tasks and resources for global projects and initiatives. Position Overview: This individual will be responsible to analyse end-to-end processes, identify stakeholders and company’s obligations. Also, this position will coordinate the implementation of projects or initiatives among the different departments. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to: Quickly comprehend existing tools and procedures; Lead collaborative sessions to document business processes including but not limited to As Is and To Be processes; Develop and maintain project plans; Prepare weekly status reports to management; Analyze and manipulate data using spreadsheets; pivot tables, MS Access, and other tools; Clearly communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization; Conduct functional testing as needed; and Support the Business Operations Team in other special projects. Business Analyst - Rev. 04/2014 Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience with projects, operations or product management. Management Consulting experience a plus. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage workload based on project deadlines and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Proficiency with Microsoft Project or other project management tools. Proficiency with Pivot Tables and other data analysis tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in an open environment. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. High standards of conduct and professionalism. Self-motivated and able to work with a team. Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with multi-national, multi-cultural organizations a plus. Bi-lingual (US English and Latin American Spanish) a plus. Likely current background: Working in a Business Analyst position involved in cross-functional projects. Comfortable working within a small team environment.
