Position:- Import Export Executive No of Positions:- 02 Nos Job Location:- Gurgaon ( Haryana) Industry: - Garments Qualification- Graduate in any stream / Diploma / Degree in related field Experience:- 03 to 06 yrs experience Job Description: Handling sale bill of export, follow up of duty draw back, focus product scheme, focus marketing scheme. & follow up of original bill against Performa invoice payment Checking of MRN (Material receipt note) with purchase order Verification of Bill of Lading, PSIC and other import documents and confirm to shipper. Coordination with CHA for customs clearance of Import Shipment, Preparing require documents for custom clearance. Prepared the Bank documents for TT & LC payment. Prepared Export shipment Documents accordance to customer LC. Follow up with shipper for shipping schedule, documents, loading pictures etc... Coordinate with foreign suppliers for purchasing raw materials. Release the PO to foreign supplier and ask the payment terms and delivery schedules. Verification of detention & Ground Rent invoice Preparing costing chart on import purchase to adding all kind of expenses. Arrange the transport from custom office to final destination.
