Position:Technical Officer Salary Range: S$1,800 - S$2,000 (depending on experience and qualification) Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), 8.30am - 12.00noon (Alt Sat) Location: Serangoon Responsibilities: Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite Ensure compliance of response time for Service Call Coordinate with Service Centers to ensure smooth job completion and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction Follow up on work performed to ensure end-user satisfaction. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team when required To update the documentation including SR, IWR, Cut-Over Form, ERP and all related documents Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time Requirements: Min. Higher NITEC in Electrical/ Electronics/IT Excellent communication skills and able to effectively interact with customers Committed and positive working attitude Willingness to travel overseas on short term and ad hoc basis Class 3 Driving license ONLY for Singaporean or SPR Resume in MS word format with attached photo Email to:[email protected]
