Position: Technical & Production Director Experience: 12 to 15 years Location: NCR (India) Qualification: Post graduation into any Events Operations Production related. Desired profile of a Candidate -Creating and Producing large format Corporate Events & Conferences with experience on technical knowledge in working on Audio , Video and Lights equipment . -Ability to recommend and control the use of latest technology for Corporate Events & Conferences , alongside outdoor projects . -Must have good knowledge of production schedule, and should be able to manage multiple projects. -Ability to manage project teams for timely execution of events and their productions consistently. -Should be result-oriented Manager, with a talent for working with and leading teams to achieve client’s objectives through its conferences and events. -Should have Good English Communication Skills. -- Experience in handling, corporate activation programs would be an added advantage. -Robust Negotiation Skills/ Develop & Manage Event Budgets. -Preference if worked in an Asian Environment.
