Position Title: Technical Support Engineer (Fresh graduate is acceptable or up to 3 years of experiences ) Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang Company: MNC Company Qualification: Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ EE Job Descriptions: 1. Provide support and escalation of issues within agreed procedures and service level agreements; 2. To pro actively manage and monitor network performance on customer’s network within agreed SLA. 3. Respond to customers requests efficiently and escalate to other functional technical teams as required. 4. Respond to incoming issues either by monitoring tool /incoming calls / emails and log incidents in Incident Management tool accurately; 5. Maintenance of knowledge base and documentation of NOC processes and procedures. 6. To lead escalation meetings to promptly resolve customer’s issues. Mandarin speaking is not mandatory, anyhow good technical background and fluent English communication skill is highly requested!!!
