Position Vacant - Customer Service Officer We are seeking an experienced permanent part-time Customer Service professional to join our dynamic Guest Relations team. This is a terrific role for individuals who are passionate about working in a large, well established Sydney Club. The primary responsibility will be ensuring exemplary guest services at all times within the club environment, having the flair to sell our amazing products & services by developing sound knowledge of City Tattersalls Club and providing guests with concise information. To be eligible for this position, the candidate MUST be able to work rotating shift hours which will include early morning and weekend shifts. The Position: Provide accurate information and assistance to guests and members in a highly professional manner Provide exceptional service and sales ability and promote City Tattersalls Clubs various activities and numerous amenities Actively participate in best practice delivery of the highest standards of customer service to our members, their guests and patrons Monitor and control the access of Club members and their guests, and visitors to the Club precincts, consistent with legal requirements, Club Rules & Bylaws and Dress Codes Our ideal candidate: A genuine willingness to help and have a humble approach with patrons Demonstrated customer service experience Highly developed accounts management, administrative and cash handling skills Impeccable presentation A positive and friendly attitude Have competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email programs Experience in a Club/Hotel or Hospitality environment will be highly regarded.
