A true story from the the early 1980 s in very 3rd world country that triggered the revised ACRONYM EXERCISE started and has today become some to fell vindicated is so mundane and yet so deep with emotion and deadly issues of the current Global crisis tat far form being funny is more sad than anything else. USAID was literally forcing a 3rd world to get a Contraceptive manufacturing plant (technology out dated since 1958) , for installation in the 1980 s . The Government of the country was proving the land and wanted the Nationalized Bank with Treasury function for the government to finance the building and other capital cost of the Project and because USAID was pushing the project so the only American Bank operating in the country to fund the on going Working Capital. The problem started when the Credit Manager of the american Bank pointed out that the project is simply not viable due to the out dated technology and lack of mechanical support of the equipment and spares. The problem got aggravated, since the young officer rote a memo mentioning the acronym AIDS as Acquired Income Deficiency Syndrome or Acute Intelligence Deficiency Syndrome and HIV for High Income Variance. The situation got out of hand when the resident IMF Chief suggested that the young Credit Manager should be fired on account of being politically incorrect. However the young Managers job was spared due to lack any other job related misconduct / issues. Since then that young mind has developed an uncanny desire for Acronyms Mad version (flip side) and small sneak-picks ad short satires like : Pseudo Intellectual Midgets and Quasi Spiritual Buffoons necessarily end up in short term gains and long term myopia That brings us to the topic of HERESY GALORE, from Food to Medicine, to drinking water to processed food, to agr-chemical to environment pollution and last but never the least Money Banking and Finance : Please watch and ponder before deciding the next strategical move (if any) !!!! https://youtube/watch?v=Q-iccGpFto8
