Possible Shooting in Washington Borough We have a report of a possible shooting in Washington Borough. The Lehigh Valley Breaking News Network reported just before 6 PM this evening that Washington Borough Police “came across a male with a gunshot wound to the forearm” at or near the intersection of Route 57 and Lincoln Avenue. It’s not clear how the individual received the injury. According to emergency reports, a medivac helicopter that was on stand-by had been cancelled by emergency responders at the scene. Washington Borough dispatch would not confirm any of the details surrounding the incident.
