Aloha all, I will try to keep this to a short question. Can anyone make suggestions on where are the best areas or towns to rent a house and offer the rooms on sublease/airbnb ? I live in Hawaii but am wondering if its feasible to rent a modest home, it doesnt have to be resort style. I would be using one of the rooms when I visit Bali to work with my artist/manufacturing team and paying a partner or assistant to manage the property. I have much to learn so Im starting with some basics to build on. Thank you kindly , Jes
