Possition your children to get rich! The best gift you can buy your 13 year old is a Legitimate Business Entity. Manage that entity for them for 5 years so that when they are 18 years old and leaving High School they can : 1. Finance a Car though their OWN Corporation 2. Get a Line of Credit for School Books and Supplies 3. Get Credit Cards to travel home and take a date to the Movies 4. Learn how to make money and manage expenses as a young person My sons business buys and sells Video Games. He buys video games from his friends and he sells them online to other kids. He has a legitimate Business. When he is 18, I wont : 1. Co-Sign for his Student Loans 2. Co-Sign for his Car And he will NEVER Ruin his credit before he even starts to live! Most of you PARENT are NOT saving in a College Fund for your Child! But my advice is that if you are Low Income and can only save a few hundred dollars a year, you are better off investing those hundreds in a Legitimate Corporation in which you will hold in a CUSTODIAL ACCOUNT for your child until they are 18. You have to Groom your children for Success! My Children already know what they will become in Life! 1. CJ is going to a top 20 University. He will get a Track Scholarship and many Academic Scholarships to pay his tuition. He will major in Accounting and minor in Computers/English. He will then go on to get his JD/MBA. 2. Victoria (8th Grade) is already taking classes at the local Jr College. She will graduate with a HS Diploma and AS in Nursing Simultaneously. She will then go to a top 5 University and get her BS in Chemical Engineering. And then off to Medical School. 3. Fasha will have finished the entire Calculus Series by the time she leaves High School and will be half way done with here Actuarial Exams. She will go to MIT and major in Computer Engineering and then off to Cal Tech for her Masters in Computer Science! You are parent! You look at your childrens strengths and weaknesses and start to groom them now! You child doesnt need you to be their Best Friend, they need you to be their Mother and Father! Carlton Lennon
