Post WCA: We would like to thank all that supported us throughout this campaign, namely the organizers, the refs, MPF, Hank Moody for sorting the airport issue, Canyon Paintball David Guch for making us feel safe travelling with our markers and most of all our crew, Jasmine Heng, Kelly Lim John Lim, Hilmi, Joshua Hawkins Kaiser Adrian led by Avvy Ho. without you guys i am sure we will wont make it that far. A special shoutout to all who believed in us and also esp. to those who didnt think we will get a result. We came to this tournament in my personal view as the underdogs, with 4 new members (first time International D2) Jo-Ann Liew Bernard Chan Lan Syed Amir Fikri, whom i think did exceptionally well. Supported by Hafiz Naim Poison Doc Munawir Ray Noone Kenjisu ter Seng and me (Combine age of about 250 yrs old cough cough). We manage to reached the Quarter Finals, before bowing out, done by the better team this tournament TEAM UNKN?WN who rocked prelims convincingly, without a lost. I really thought they will be Champs. Anyways below was our journey the teams we faced. Prelims: (finished 14th) 1) Blitzkrieg (SG) lost 2-1 2) KSK (MY) won 2-1 3) Kuwait draw 2-2 4) Kansas Killzone (Germany) lost 2-1 5) Bye OCHO Finals: 1)Wasp Krew (Aust) lost 3-1 2) Kansas Killzone won 2-1 (was a good revenge hahah) 3) Kuwait won 3-1 Qtr Finals 1) Lost to Unknown 3-0 I am sure the Simpsons will be back hopefully with the new blood in stronger. Personally, i think some of us is at our tail end as bodies took longer to recover and injuries are more frequent now. Again many thanks to all and all the teams and friends(too many to mentioned) that helped us out. db out......................................
