Post debate Kanye South, Dr Kwape did very well, followed by Madigele and Kesupile last. I was shocked by his statement short of decorating the Ipelegeng programme which the last time I checked was not what UDC was saying. While I thought he was done with own goals, he made answered some question in relation to serviced land/plots, ha o hilwe setsha o se hilwe, ha o palelwa ke go se aga ke ga gago and got me thinking General Merafhe reincarnated. Please understand my bias towards what Rre Kesupile said, its just that expected a lot from him as the incumbent and Chairman of the BNF. He was generally endorsing BDP policies all night and with spicing up with some arrogance( for a lack of a better word) Dr Kwape, had content that needed to be scrutinised and questioned. Mr Madigele was much more inclined to the BCP manifesto and nationwide issues which he tried but failed to downsize to Kanye South case. I however remain proud on the quality of candidates on the two peripheries of Kanye, which by far are some of the best in the whole country, in my opinion beaten to the top by Gaborone constituencies only. This is what I applaud Bangwaketse for...being thourough!
