Post of Project Assistant at CFTRI Applications are invited from eligible candidates for One position of Project Assistant [Level-II] on a temporary contractual basis in a research project entitled Studies on n-3 fatty acid rich Garden cress (Lepidium sativum L.) seed oil as dietary supplement and its modulatory effect on inflammatory mediators, funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi at Department of Biochemistry & Nutrition, CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, Karnataka. Essential Qualification : M.Sc., Biochemistry with research experience. Desirable : Experience in lipid biochemistry. Emoluments : Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) consolidated. Terms & Conditions : Candidates should not have exceeded 28 years of age. The last date of receitpt of applications for the post is 30-04-2014. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis for a maximum period of 8 Months (till December 2014). The engagement under externally funded project does not confer any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular appointment in CSIR/CFTRI, against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. No TA/DA will be given to the candidates for attending the interview.
